Neelam Daswani an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certified in Hormone Health and a graduate from the IIN. She specialises in guiding clients to implement dietary and lifestyle practices that address the root cause of imbalances and disease, helping them to heal their bodies and optimize their overall wellness. She provides one to one coaching sessions, working alongside Functional Medicine Practitioners, to guide individuals with their health plans. She works to help them not only balance healthy eating habits, adding supplements and exercise, but she takes a holistic approach, and covers stress management and sleep optimization.

Sarah is a Partner at Deloitte, located in Hong Kong, where she holds multiple APAC leadership roles across practice, accounts and people. In addition to her business roles, Sarah is an Advocate for DEI and a Member of the Deloitte China DEI Council, APAC Ally Lead, Champion for Women's initiatives and Co-Chair of Interbank LGBT+ Forum.

Christine Deschemin is the visionary founder of EverCalm Menopause & Renewed Edge Counselling & Hypnotherapy Centre. Equipped with a Harvard MBA, she brings expertise in evidence-based hypnosis, peak performance, and digital therapeutics. As a coach and hypnosis instructor, Christine is dedicated to empowering women through menopause and fostering supportive communities. Her innovative approach to enhancing women's health and well-being inspires many to embrace their menopause journey with confidence and vitality. My physiotherapy career started almost 40 years ago in Australia where I graduated from the University of Queensland. I settled in Hong Kong in 1994 and reduced my traditional hand- on treatment approach, focusing instead on exercise rehabilitation using the Pilates equipment. An increasing number of clients presenting at my clinic with fragility fractures and low bone density led me to an evidence-based exercise program for osteoporosis from Australia called Onero™. I was the first to introduce Onero™ outside of Australia and I have now established Bone Health - Hong Kong's first physiotherapy clinic specializing in exercise therapy for the treatment of low bone density.

I have worked in the Fashion industry for 20 years starting out as a Fashion Designer, to becoming the Head of the East Asia sourcing office for a large UK retailer. I have always been passionate about fabric, colour and clothes as I love seeing the joy and shift in confidence a great outfit can ignite in someone. I now help clients through empowering styling services to build confidence and self esteem during times of loss, transition or change. When we are able to show up as the best version of ourselves, we can excel in every aspect of life & inspire others to do the same.
